TITUS-WILL'S RESPONSE TO COVID-19:


On-site visits to Titus-Will are by appointment only and are available seven days a week and must be scheduled remotely. As part of the sales transaction, the buyer must certify that the purchase is essential for one of the reasons provided below:


  • Close a pending transaction that began before Governor Inslee's Proclamation 20-25 was issued; or

  • Replace a totaled vehicle, replace a damaged vehicle that is impractical to repair, extend a lease that expires, or provide transportation to essential workers, as identified in the "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers" list, Appendix to Proclamation 20-25, if the essential worker has no other means of transportation.

We are continuing to keep the health of our customers and employees as a top priority.  With the recommendations from the Department of Health, we are modifying our service department hours.

 

Our sales teams are available by phone, email, chat and text, and will answer your questions to the best of their ability.

 

Service Department: Restricted Hours 

Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm

 

·      If you have an upcoming scheduled appointment, please contact           us prior to your visit to verify the time allotted due to staff                   constraints.

 

·      Staff is committed to maintaining a safe personal distance                   proximate to you and each other.

 

·      At this time, we are also requesting you do not bring children or           those in at-risk age groups to wait in our facilities.

 

·      Should you prefer to reschedule please let us know as soon as

       you are able.

 

·      Some appointments will need to be moved, and we will be in                 contact with you by either phone, text, or email to get your                   appointment rescheduled appropriately.

 

·      Important Note: We service first-responder vehicles, and these             will take a priority over all routine maintenance services.

 

Again, we appreciate your understanding as we adjust to this health crisis together.  We know this is a challenging time for everyone, but we hope you are enjoying some quality time with family.  Please stay healthy and we are excited to see everyone just as soon as we can!
